1. Acknowledgment

These Terms of Service govern your use of the VentureOut application operated by Gunnip Studios LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between you and Gunnip Studios LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

2. Content & Liability Waiver

VentureOut curates discovery for third-party events and venues. We do not organize, host, staff, or control these events.

Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks and responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur while attending events discovered through this Service. Gunnip Studios LLC strictly disclaims all liability for the safety, quality, or legality of the events listed.

Age Requirements: Many events curated on the platform involve nightlife and alcohol. You certify that you meet the legal age requirements to attend such events. You are solely responsible for compliance with venue policies.

3. Account Security & Manipulation

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We actively monitor the platform to ensure the integrity of the Power Rankings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to artificially inflate likes, manipulate rankings, or violate our community standards.

4. Sponsored Content

The application may feature paid promotional placements by local venues. These events will be distinctly labeled as "Featured" or "Sponsored". A featured placement indicates a business partnership, but does not constitute an endorsement of safety or quality by Gunnip Studios LLC.
